Sue Pellegrino’s Success in the Paper Discovery Industry

Sue Pellegrino, a veteran in the accounting world, has spent over 25 years mastering the field, with more than a decade dedicated to the paper and electronic discovery industry. Her leadership and financial expertise have driven impressive results. In her brief time as owner, Sue increased revenue by 14%, thanks to better internal systems, deeper account penetration, improved customer service, and competitive pricing. Not only did she win several other awards, but she was also recognized as the 2024 Enterprising Women of the Year Award Honoree.

Sue’s career began at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, where she worked from the mailroom to become Supervisor of the Accounts Payable Department, overseeing all vendor accounts. In 2005, she joined Copy Secure as CFO, where she managed all corporate finances, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and tax preparation. Her leadership helped grow Copy Secure into a leading regional paper discovery provider with seven-figure revenues.

Following Copy Secure’s acquisition by KLDiscovery, Sue continued to oversee financial operations, managing both accounts receivable and payable. Her extensive experience in the industry and strategic financial management has made Sue a key player in driving growth and success within the discovery sector.
