Stephanie Emile joined Binance in 2022 as Head of Operations. During her tenure, she played a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance and expanding Binance’s presence in Dubai. Notably, she helped secure the Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) license from Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority. This achievement established Binance as a trusted name in the virtual assets industry.
Extensive Experience in Digital Finance
Before joining Binance, Stephanie held leadership positions at BNP Paribas and Barclays Capital. At BNP Paribas, she served as Deputy Head of Electronic (eFX) Client and Digital Solutions, where she enhanced digital finance strategies. At Barclays Capital, she focused on managing client credit risk and improving FX services. Her hands-on expertise in these areas makes her a valuable addition to Binance’s leadership team.
