Her career highlights include crafting award-winning campaigns for global brands like Adidas, Petco, and Toyo Tires, as well as scaling platforms from MVP to enterprise level with user experience at the forefront.
Lancaster’s creative achievements have earned her significant industry recognition, including a Clio Award and a Gold Graphis. She excels in blending creative advertising with human-centered design to deliver impactful results. At Extend, a billion-dollar startup, Lancaster played a pivotal role in establishing the brand’s identity. She led the development of its B2B and B2C platforms and guided the product design team during a period of explosive growth, helping the company achieve unicorn status in 2021.
In her new position at Turingon, Lancaster will oversee branding, marketing strategy, and customer engagement. Her focus will extend to shaping the design and user experience of Turingon’s upcoming flagship platform, Proposal Pilot. Slated for launch in early 2025, Proposal Pilot aims to redefine how businesses create and manage proposals, and Lancaster’s leadership will be instrumental in ensuring its success.
