Jodi Hall is making some big strides with her work in FinTech as she gradually becomes the pioneer of change towards a techie mortgage market. She has more than 15 years of overall experience working within the two banking spheres–wholesale and retail–and has always promoted change. Veronica Smith was the President of Nationwide Mortgage Bankers and CrossCountry Mortgage (CCM), where she pursued strategic management of technology to enhance the flow of business processes.
At CCM, Jodi was a key driver of sales, which were at $0 when she joined. 8B to $5. 4B, using advanced analytics to build the enabler of better decision-making across the business. She could change the environment of more than 1,800 employees, proving her ability to institute long-term positive change.
Today, as the consultant for many modern startups, such as Wilqo and Candor Technology, Jodi transformed her knowledge into the redesign of the mortgage sector. Her area of focus is to create more effective and simple workflows that will improve the borrower experience while at the same time helping loan officers become more productive, all done through technology.
Jodi is the founder of DandaRoad company, which focuses on strategic management of processes in the sphere of mortgage technologies and automation of those processes. She is also involved in the development of future leaders serving as a Lender Advisory Panel Member for The Mortgage Collaborative. Jodi’s contribution is apparent–she is advancing FinTech and making it clear that women are leading the industry.
